The teaser trailer was released at Comic-Con 2009. Another tagline was ?The Game Comes Full Circle.?A movie clip featuring the Carousel Room trap also previewed at Comic-Con, and in September television ads were released along with more official photos and another trailer. Of the carousel room, Cinematographer David Armstrong described it as ?very carnival, playground-like ? spinning red lights in there.?The main characters in Saw 6 are John Kramer/Jigsaw, played by Tobin Bell, Mark Hoffman, played by Costas Mandylor, Amanda Young played by Shawnee Smith, FBI Agent Dan Erickson played by Mark Rolston, and Jill Tuck, played by Betsy Russell.
